Pennsylvania man fires rifle into car with his children inside

Frank Kellam, age 28, from Columbia, Pennsylvania, got into an argument with his girlfriend.  He followed her car.  When she stopped, he got out of his vehicle with a .22-caliber rifle and fired into her car, shattering the back window.  Inside her car were their 1-year old son and 2-year old daughter.  He fled the scene, but was later captured.

Luckily, no one was injured.

From the article:
Police said witnesses told them Frank Kellam, 28, followed his girlfriend after the two had an argument in Mountville. When the girlfriend arrived at a friend's home along Second and Perry streets in Columbia, Kellam got out of his vehicle and kicked the girlfriend's car. Their two children, a 1-year-old boy and 2-year-old girl, were inside.
"Kellam then retrieved a .22 caliber rifle from his 1995 gray Honda Accord, stood behind his girlfried's vehicle and fired 4-5 shots through the back windshield and into the vehicle with the children still inside," a police news release states.
The children were not struck.
